Can I use the gears in the picture or do I have to buy the exact gears for the hub motor?

Have zero clue, need some advice or video

It sounds fine when i move the wheel forward by hand( like in the video) but once the throttle moves wheel forward, it makes a weird clanking noise. Using the throttle makes the noise appear, and when the motor isn’t working, the sound isn’t there.
