An new wheel axle for AE24X is currently in production — here’s a quick look at the new structure.👻

This design securely locks the driveshaft to the wheel hub, making wheel changes significantly easier and more efficient.

At the same time, the redesigned mating interface improves assembly concentricity, resulting in smoother rotation and enhanced overall precision.

The structure is extremely compact, pushing machining capabilities to the limit.

Integrating multiple components within such a confined space while maintaining precision and reliability is a significant engineering challenge — but one that we’ve carefully addressed in this design.😶😶😶
