4.0 GPA at BU. Any tips for advice/ when do appeals hear back

I am more interested in Consulting even though it pays less but I am still looking for good career prospects. It only seems like MBB is the way to go while for IB there more options (many more banks). I'm really conflicted now and would appreciate advice.
