hello! this is my current pc:

an amd ryzen 5 pro 4650g CPU

a Nvidia GTX 1070 GPU

16gb of ram

I am playing games such as Madden, Nba 2k and other sports simulation games. As the games get more and more demanding, my performance gets worse and worse, to the point where the newer games are barely playable. I would like some cost effective upgrades that would allow me to play those games with relatively good looking settings and about 60fps on 1080p. As i am not willing to buy a new mainboard, i am currently looking at an amd Ryzen 5 5600 and a nvidia 3060 12gb (both used, would cost me a total of about 350-400€). are those good upgrades or are they too much/little for what i want?
