Im not saying that all my failures and my lack of success is to be blamed on my parents, but man would’ve things been much easier if my parents were strict. Or at least if they’d haven't given me all these problems that I have to deal with now due to their complete disregard of guiding me in my childhood. Most of my mates who had strict parents growing up are the ones who I’m seeing excel in their studies and life in general. Hell even those who didn’t necessarily have strict parents, but parents who supported them in a certain aspect whether it be sports, education etc are doing much better. I on the other hand as an introverted young quiet and shy kid, was left all alone to try and figure my shit out. That definitely didn’t end up well.
