Hey all!

Currently searching for a 2 bed apartment in the following Brooklyn neighborhoods if you are or know someone who is looking to have someone pick up their lease:
- Forte Green
- Clinton Hill
- Boerum Hill
- Cobble Hill
- Williamsburg (preferably more west than east)
- Bed-Stuy (less preferred but would consider)

My roommate and I are hoping to be on a quiet street in a safe area. We don't have many restrictions to what we're looking for except decent sized bedrooms and living room (and hoping to find a place with little to no black mold as our current place is giving me health issues...). We're currently on a month-to-month so our move-in date is flexible and our budget is around $4k. Let me know!
