I applied to minor passport 2 months back and it's struck in rpo due to signature issue of my father's differing from the actual sign.So the minor passport expires right after I turn 18 and i just turned 18 4 days back.So is it ok if I directly apply again like do I've to apply under re-issue or do I've to visit rpo to cancel my minor one
