Hindi ko na ba kailangang pumunta sa branch?

Applied on May 4, I am planning to go on Friday to pass my documents, but I received this today. Does this mean I don't have to go to the branch for approval na?

Can't register thru Virtual Pag-IBIG

Since Friday morning ko pa sinusubukan mag-register. Used Safari, Google Chrome, Brave and desktop browsers already. I also tried incognito/private tab pero "An error occured while processing your request" pa rin ang lumalabas.

Will they immediately process kapag mag-walk in ako? And what documents do I need to bring?
