Photos of my dad in strange costume from early 50s? Anyone know what this is? Please help.
This is a genuine question. Please don't troll me. I'm going through photos I inherited when my dad passed and I don't have any living family to even ask. For context, this is Houston, early 1950s sometime. He was born in 1947 and looks to be around 5 years old in the photo. I don't get the costumes. They don't look Halloween at all, so I'm stumped as to what the occasion was. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
