Seeking Advice on breaking a very long plateau

Looking for advise here as someone who is doing "everything right" but gaining weight. Any tips or tricks, or anything that has worked for you would be awesome!

I am 41F, 75KG - 8 years ago I lost around 20KGs taking me to around 70KG (still around 10kg from my goal weight at that point given my height) pandemic happened, kids happened. I'm at 75kg as of this morning. I lost this weight by weighing everything I ate, and eating 1200 calories a day.

I track everything I eat, using measuring cups ( with small children, and a full time job, I do not have the time to weigh every portion), but I try to focus on macros and calories. Eating 1500 a day (giving myself a margin of error from my measuring i'd honestly say 1700 max) (I upped from 1300 as I was hoping shaking things up would help)

  • I strength train for around 90 minutes per week (2x45 mins)
  • I walk around 10-15k steps a day, 75% of the walk is with a 20lb weighted vest
  • I do martial arts / HIIT workouts for 45-60 minutes 5-7 times a week depending on the time I have.

Focusing on food, I tend to eat about 100-150g protein per day, 20-35g of fibre, within my calorie limit. I typically have a very high protein, low calorie breakfast, followed by moderate lunch, followed by small dinner. I usually snack twice a day.

I struggle with binge eating disorder and food noise, I am constantly fighting the urge to not eat. I have tried to combat this with increasing fibre and protein, it did not help, consuming caffeine, did not help, drinking more water / calorie free beverages, did not help. The hunger is a beast lol I know the binges are destroying my progress, yesterday I had a good day, then ate 3 leftover cupcakes, i was at 1000 calories for the day, then the 3 cupcakes took me over my goal.

Blood work is good, overall health is good. I really enjoy working out, and being active, and I know it's probably not helping my hunger but without this level of activity i'd be even more overweight.

Any tips for curbing the hunger? I honestly don't think there is a limit to how much I can eat. I am a lot better now than I was, I would eat until I was physically ill previously.
