Hi po everyone, mag 2 months na po ako OD sa Cash Express and ang principal ko po is 12,000 and then nag blow up na po sya ng 38,000 due to penalties and fees. After receiving a demand letter (soft copy sent through email without any signatures), May nag reach out po sakin na agent na nagoffer po ng payment ng principal. Nagwoworry po ako na baka hindi macloclose account ko fully kasi di galing sa customer service representative na from their official channels. Legit po kaya ito? TYIA!
