stubborn flyaways

not only have i been nuked with hair loss but i'm also cursed with looking electrocuted from hair growth/breakage (the horrific mindgame trying to decipher which one it is lol)

hairspray and a comb has been my best friend, but sometimes its not enough... today was one of those days. they won this time 🤨 idk whether its to do with my hair being naturally curly/wavy but its annoying!!

on a different note, i've noticed a significant chunk of my (very little) hair is short around the nape of my neck and i'm quite worried because i've not cut it. it looks really weird and i'm really scared because i didn't think my hair was THAT unhealthy. it comes down 4 inches when it should be 14. anyone know the cause and whether its anything to worry about?

i studied maths at uni and have been in a perpetual cycle of repeating year 2 and i want out!! i've realised that my style of learning is not compatible with uni, and i really want to go for a software engineering/development apprenticeship and drop out this year.

however, when looking at application forms, there is often the question 'Do you hold an equivalent level in a similar subject?' and i am so put off lol

i've been trying to investigate the funding rules but its so overwhelming. my degree did have a programming module, but it had a complete maths focus and nothing to do with software engineering or development. i'm really worried this is gonna knock any chance i have for applying for a level 4.

on top of this, i'm still technically enrolled at uni. i'm positive that i won't pass, but i want to do the exams in august anyway and give it a last shot. if i was offered an apprenticeship, i'd drop out imemdiately. the application forms also ask whether im enrolled in full time education.

i'm worried these 'yes' or 'no' questions will automatically filter me out and my application wont even be looked at. i'm so tired of the university system and i so desperately want to achieve a qualification that doesn't need me for 3 years, but i'm losing hope!!!

is it feasible for me to do a funded apprenticeship or am i fucked and i'll have to go for something level 5+ lol
