Hey everyone! I’m moving to NWA and searching for an apartment. I’m mainly looking in Rogers or Bentonville and hoping to stay around $1,400/month for a 2-bedroom. The second bedroom would be used as a home office since I’ll be working remotely several days a week.

Right now I’m looking at places like Harbin Pointe, Sullivan Square, and Woodland Park, but I’d love to hear any opinions on those or other complexes I should check out (or avoid). Any advice on management companies, amenities, internet reliability for WFH, etc. would be super helpful. Thanks!
