I've joined CS and right before the orientation starts they asked me to show English proficiency, therefore I showed them my IGCSE results, will that be enough?

The problem is that I see from many YouTube videos how to install python and other required applications to run the code but I am not sure how to set up the things . If anyone could help me with this please help me

I am thinking how will I get the certificate? Will it be a hardcopy or soft copy? Or am I getting something?
