I (30f) can get the occasional cystic zit or 2 on my chin around the end of my period. It’s been happening more consistently, and I’m not sure whether I should use adapalene or benzoyl peroxide.

I currently only use benzoyl peroxide cream when I see a zit forming. Should I use it more?

My routine:

Morning:

-rinse face with water

-niaciminide from the ordinary

- glycerin and La Roche Posay sunscreen + moisturizer

Night:

-La Roche Posay effaclar cleanser

-cerave retinol (every other night)

-niaciminide from the ordinary (every other night)

-glycerin with moisturizer
