how do i tell if my snake has shed

hi everybody, my girl lucy was in blue roughly 2 days ago, which had lasted about 5 days, but has now since cleared up. this is her second shed(?) since ive had her, last time she shed she was in blue for only 2ish days and shed within 24 hours. it was crumpled up in her hide underneath her, and was fully intact. like i said, shes not in blue anymore, she looks and feels INCREDIBLY silky, soft, and smooth, her color looks like it has richened. i know they clear up 2-3 days before shedding, but i cannot find it in her enclosure, i didnt do a full sweep but i rearranged and didnt see the shed, mixed substrate around and didnt feel or see anything. its not in her hide, i dug all the dirt out from it. how do i know if she shed? she looks like she did and was acting pretty active when i took her out to examine, climbing all over me and wrapping up around my neck with her head peeking out as i do my tasks. as far as i can tell shes shed- but i dont have the physical evidence and i cant in good conscience handle her as much as i like without knowing. i dont want to hurt her! i included some photos, as you can see, her eyes do not appear to be cloudy at all, she looks so shiny and beautiful! any help is appreciated

husbandry help! hows my enclosure look?

(in the pictures her temperature reads 77 degrees, this is not accurate i sprayed the probe for the thermostat while misting on accident, after wiping off it jumped up to 86)
hi everybody!! im a new ball python owner, ive had my girl lucy for about 60 days. shes currently in blue right now, about to have her second shed since ive gotten her. she hasnt eaten at all since i got her, i have gone through 4 mice and 4 rats in total, thawing and warming them up with a blow dryer or warm water, and nothing seems to get her to eat. she will literally be nose to nose with the rat dangling in front of her, sniffing and acting interested, and then turns around and goes into her hide. i know ball pythons are notoriously picky eaters, and im sure it hasnt been long enough for her to become malnourished, but i am worried and i want to get her used to eating in her new home. i was wondering if maybe if was a husbandry issue? she does not have a hide on the cool side, but when shes not in shed she does spend alot of time on that side, climbing and exploring, so i believe she keeps her temperature pretty regulated. i put a hide over there at one point and she didnt seem to realize what it was and seemed uninterested so i took it out. i have a climate controlled thermostat that keeps the warm side between 84 degrees and 91 degrees. I have a thermometer in the enclosure with a temperature and humidity gage. I think its kind of messed up, its been accidentally misted many many times without me realizing, but the temperature is always similar to the one on the thermostat usually within 2-3 degrees so im going to guess the humidity gage works about the same. eventually i need to get a new one of course. im just worried, i know im not obviously neglecting her, i change water daily and offer food weekly, her enclosure has multiple areas for climbing and shes in a 4x2x2, but is there something else that could cause this? shes very comfortable with me as far as i can tell, she fell asleep sprawled out on me for about an hour the other day, she lets me touch her head without moving, shes never striked or even hissed at me even when i accidentally handled her in blue before i saw her eyes. i know it needs more clutter and plants but i have to convince my mom to spend money on that first 🙄 i just love her so much and i want her to eat!! if anybody has any advice, or tips, or just recommendations of things i can add to her enclosure please let me know! shes my baby
