Hi, my boox just got broken three days ago. The screen doesnt change and I cannot switch off or switch on. There is light, therefore I can see that the batteries are still full. I tried different ways to fix it, like reset button or long pressing the on off button.

I want to rescue all notes from the last days, since I made a clud update 2 weeks ago. That means there are approx. 50 notes missing.

I love my boox. But I definetely expect better quality. After data rescue I will send the Boox back for repair or refund.

Are there better ways to get it repaired?
