I’m currently in the U.S. on an F-1 visa valid until 2031. My mom recently filed an F2B petition for me (I-130), and I know that category takes many years.

My concern is about future travel and visa renewal. Since my current F-1 visa is valid for several more years, can I still leave the U.S. temporarily and re-enter normally while the F2B is pending, as long as I maintain my F-1 status and SEVIS?

Also, if by 2031 my green card still isn’t ready and I need to renew my F-1 visa abroad, how risky is it to get denied because of immigrant intent due to the pending F2B?

Would appreciate hearing from anyone who has been in a similar situation.

I bought Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 through eBay Authenticity Guarantee but received Nike shoes instead. The package went through the authentication process (California to New Jersey and then delivered with mixed FedEx/OnTrac tracking). I submitted photos as evidence, but my case was closed twice due to “tracking/evidence mismatch.” It has now been escalated to a supervisor and I was told I’ll get a response within 48 business hours. Has anyone experienced a similar situation where eBay closed an Authenticity Guarantee case but later corrected it on escalation, and what usually happens in wrong item received cases?
