My previous TV was about 15 years old and the sound was starting to fail, so I upgraded to a new Sony Bravia 5. Unfortunately, the sound quality on the new TV isn’t much better.

I’ve been looking into sound bars, but the prices and reviews are all over the place. I definitely don’t want to spend anything close to what I paid for the TV itself.

Do any Redditors have personal experience with specific sound bars they’d recommend—or ones to avoid?
