looking for spiritual community in Athens🌙🌺
Hi! I’m 17 (f) and very into spirituality and mindful practices like yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound baths, and similar things. I’ve really been longing for a sense of community with people who share those interests, but it’s honestly been hard finding others my age who are into mindfulness beyond just aesthetics or trends — especially people who genuinely practice it and understand how grounding and life-changing it can be.
I’d love to connect with people in Athens (around my age or just welcoming in general) who are interested in mindfulness, spirituality, yoga, meditation, esoteric conversations, conscious living, etc. Even just having an in-person community to share thoughts, experiences, or questions with would mean a lot.
I’m also looking for recommendations for yoga studios in or around Athens — especially ones that offer meditation classes, sound baths, breathwork, or a more spiritual/community-centered environment. Thank you :)
