I’ve heard sugar works quicker but doesn’t last as long as honey. I’m not making sugar water, just sugar in a jar with some other herbs with the intentions I want. How long will it last for?

I’ve been practicing witchcraft for several months now and I’ve been reading tarot for more than a year.
I’ve never felt so blocked before and I’m not sure what’s going on. I’ve been keeping up with my spiritual hygiene and protection. I recently did a return to sender, uncrossing and then a protection spell. My room and everything is cleansed as well.
I would do readings everyday. Mainly for myself, and for my friends and family. I felt really connected to the readings and would instantly get downloads/messages from the cards but I’ve felt disconnected recently.
I haven’t been doing readings because I don’t feel connected to the “energy” anymore if that makes sense. It feels like there’s a wall or a blockage and I can’t tap into the energy. Irdk how to explain it better.
I’ll touch the deck maybe once a week? I don’t feel motivated or connected anymore. And it also feels harder for me to connect with my guides as well (I usually ask them all my tarot questions).
It’s been harder for me to get the message from readings and also my intuition. Sometimes I feel like the cards are lying to me as well or giving me the wrong cards.
My intuition just feels off and I can’t seem to tap into the energy. It feels like a block or something.
Is this just a phase or is there something I can do to fix this?
It’s making me feel pretty discouraged and idk what I can do to overcome this.
I don’t want to do a cord cutting as I’m still friends with this person but I’ve been feeling neglected lately and ruminating about it.
I want to do something that will bring all of my energy back to myself if there’s even a spell like that. I’ve done most of my spiritual hygiene but my mind still feels heavy with what’s happening with this friend (we’re very close friends).

With yes/no spreads, I don’t count positive and negative cards. I’ve found that reading the storyline and then answering yes or no works better for me.

I’m really confused about the last three cards cos I feel like it has a lot of meanings but I’m not sure which one it is.

This relates to how they live 40 minutes away from each other.
“The man wants to send a message but chooses isolation instead”
It would be a no, he won’t text her this month.

How accurate is lenormand with predictions?
I’ve only tried 7 card line spreads so far and I’ve done spreads about how the week will go and they’ve been pretty accurate most of the time.
I know that it reads the most likely trajectory based on the current energy but since energy is always changing could it actually predict what will happen 3 months down the line? Or even 6 months?
I’m really curious about this because I’ve tried doing future readings but it’s such a hit and miss unless I really shorten the time to a day to a week or two.
What could I do to get a more accurate future reading?
