Hello, I'm very new to tarot reading and wanted some help regarding a new job/career reading.

I've had a dream job since I was a kid but I always thought it was basically impossible to achieve, so I've never tried to take it seriously. But lately I've been struggling job-wise and have been thinking more and more about it and wanted to know if I should actually give it a chance as a career.

My interpretation is that this is a new commitment in my life (rider + ring) that might be still childish or in its initial stages (child) , but that I should still give it a try anyway (fish) because that's the only way there will be progress. Am I too off in this reading?

For context, I have just started studying and I am only using real situations - in which I know the answer. I am not sure if creating stories can be considered a disrespect to the gypsy oracle so I don’t know….

Im a tarot reader, and starting out with lenormand. So I pulled out how a certain person feels for me, and while shuffling house, heart and rider came out in this order. I do not know how to interpret it as my tarot brain is telling me that this person wanted to settle, liked me and is now going away (hence the rider). How do I turn my tarot brain off lol, and secondly what is an easy way to read and interpret lenormand 3 card spreads? I do understand the basic rule for the 2 card one where the second is "happening" to the first, but with 3 im very clueless. If i try to put a lenormand brain on so it tells me that the heart happens to the house, which means that he feels deeply and seriously for me, and then the rider after the heart being that he wants to come forward with this confession/information? Please help is this the right way

I met someone during my travels and we spent 4 days together. Everything felt very natural and easy between us. We now live in different countries, so I think that’s influencing how I read the cards.

My question/intention for the reading was:
“What does she really feel about me or us?”

I’m struggling especially with the Tower and the Cross.
My interpretation is a bit difficult because we met while travelling and we live in different countries. The Tower feels like a barrier or emotional distance, the Ship is the travel and distance between us, the Stork feels more positive like there is really something there or potential for growth, but then the Cross confuses me because I don’t know if it means this connection is heavy, complicated or maybe only temporary because it happened during travel, while the Woman on my significator makes me feel there is still genuine mutual interest between us.

How would you interpret this combination, or read it to me?

As a beginner, I've been practicing yes/no questions after a post from this group from a year ago and so far it's worked like a charm.

BUT what do I do when the answer is a super negative and a super positive card combined?

E.g. today I asked if I would meet person x in person eventually and got the combo of coffin and sun.

Coffin is a strong no, sun is a strong yes, and if I read the narrative wouldn't it be overcoming strong obstacles, so leaning towards yes...but then we do not read a narrative for yes/no questions?

So I post fairly frequently on here and have for a while now. I would say I’m a beginner-intermediate reader, I read for myself all the time, and the cards are fairly accurate, sometimes weirdly accurate. But lately I’ve been in a situation that’s confused me, and it feels like I can’t trust my cards anymore.

I got out of a breakup a while ago. There wasn’t a breakup in the cards at all, Stork was the closest thing to a breakup they indicated, but they predicted movement/communication and emotional connection as the outcome….and then we broke up. Everyone here thought he’d reach out again, I asked a simple yes/no on if he would and got heart+dog. All the cards suggested there would be problems but that something real was forming and would continue….but I broke up with him because in reality, it was too unhealthy and damaging to continue. Everything indicated he’d reach out but he never did. When we were still together, I asked how our relationship would evolve over long term and it showed emotional fulfillment after struggle, a lasting bond, romance. But in reality (after the readings, as it played out) I had to end it because he was an awful partner! If I’d “endured”, I would have been in an unhealthy relationship and taken a lot of harm. Whether I should’ve hoped he’d come back or not, the cards clearly said he would and he didn’t.

Then lenormand told me I’d meet someone. That a change (I read as the breakup) would lead me to someone new. They clearly said that I’d meet a man and that a significant figure would show up soon….and nothing happened in the time frame. Multiple readings showed the same themes, the same cards, the same message that I was moving toward someone, and someone was moving toward me. It wasn’t just me, either — plenty of people on here helping me said the exact same thing. I feel like a damn fool for feeling like I was pulling together a narrative and really understanding the cards…..only for all my relationship stuff in the past couple readings to be a bunch of bullshit. And I didn’t just sit in my room asking the same question over and over again, either. Same subject, different specific questions.

On a completely different note, I asked a yes/no (using the same technique as before, from an in-depth post an experienced reader made here) about if I got a job and it said yes! And then it was a no.

I have the feeling I’ll be told I’m not focusing, I’m too invested, lenormand never has a “fixed outcome”, but seriously; why does this happen? How am I supposed to trust the cards when they can be scarily accurate one month and full of shit the next?

Super novice at Lenormand here (and card divination in general 😅). I just got the deck today. I'm starting off asking basic questions for ease of learning but it's still tricky for me. I asked the cards what my ideal job would be as I'm undecided on what to do for my career and got mice, cross, and fox. If I refer to the booklet, I get the meaning of this spread to be, well, worrisome, difficult (suffering?) job.

From some quick internet snooping, I think mice can refer to like finance or something, right? So, with the cross involved can it be like, helping people figure out their finances if they're struggling? I don't want to be a loan shark. Please advise 😭

Hi, so basically…my situation is that at my previous job, I was really close to my supervisor. And we’d flirt periodically. It never went further than that, but I quit a month ago and we last spoke 2 weeks ago, and so I pulled asking about how he’d feel about me reaching out about wanting to maintain a connection + his response.

How’d he feel about me reaching out:
Man-Child-Anchor-Heart-Tree

I believe Man-Child is him feeling surprised, but Anchor-Heart-Tree is like…a stabilization of feelings that grow over time. So he’d be surprised, but the concept of us reconnecting would grow on him (?)

How’d he respond:
Tree-Rider-Moon-Bear-Stars

So, I read that Tree-Rider could mean a visitor from the past (?) maybe that applies here. Otherwise, I think it means that his response would be grounded, like he wouldn’t be flippant. He’d take some time to respond. Moon-Bear-Stars. I get the sense that he would contain his feelings, but overall would be hopeful in continuing something.

Anyways, those are my personal interpretations. But I’m asking for outside opinions so I don’t get it wrong and make a complete fool of myself 🥲

I sense some kind of blockage(ship+tower), like, sure i can do, but that may not resonate well, there's hope (clover) for me, but not the way i expect.
