Help with interpretarion: How can I help my boyfriend overcome his depression? Tower + Scyte + Child

My boyfriend has been dealing with persistent depression for around 7 years now. It's always difficult to know how to better help someone going trough this, so I asked my deck, and got the Tower card, followed by the scythe and the child (on that order)

I'm fairly new, but my interpretation was that I should encourage him to get out of his confort zona on his own, and that while it may be difficult, this will bring him a new beggining?

whats going to happen between us till the end of the year?

Hi there,
I was wondering what will happen between this man and myself till the end of the year, how will things develop?

Pulled: Tower, lillies, Scythe.

Context:
We are in a no contact situation currently and I am wondering if this is going to change til the end of the year. I havent reached out either but had been thinking about it in the past.

My take:
We will overcome the distance to find harmony or peace , scythe could mean very suddenly?

Who is this girl? What does she want from me? (2 spreads)

I noticed that some girl has been actively checking on me recently, I didn’t pay much attention to it until I realised that her account is based in my boyfriend‘s home country. He later told me she kept tabs on one of his friends too which made me think something is up and it’s kinda not giving me peace (i‘m also curious what‘s up kay 🧐). I also wanna add that me and my boyfriend’s friend are not close at all, we don’t even follow each other anywhere on socials, so that definetly added a spark of curiosity.

Here are my takes
Spread 1 for „Who is she?“:
Okay imma be honest key + woman definetly make me think that she is significant in some way, maybe not dramatically but in a sense of like there is a reason why she is keeping tabs.
The tree is interesting? I could read the tree as some sort of root or connection, since she’s from my boyfriend‘s home country it must be related to him in some way. Rider and Anchor also makes me think that the curiosity isn’t a one time thing but presistent. I honestly think this spread screams volumes because I seriously can’t see another way of reading this aside of a woman who‘s connected to that circle who became curious.

Spread 2 for „What does she want?“:

Okay, cross + mice makes me think that there is something mentally occupying her that is very burdensome for her, I don’t wanna point my finger and say it’s 100% about me but I would read this as something is bothering her. I honestly wouldn’t know how to read stork in this spread given that I‘m asking about a potential complete stranger. I can try to read it cobined with cross and mice that she is hoping to change her worries and burdens by seeing something change, or I could also read it as her wanting to see more. I‘m starting to think that it could possibly be about my relationship.

Before y‘all jump me in the comments, sometimes curiosity gets the best of me and I would rather ask cards before I make anything awkward :)

Let me know how you would interpret these spreads, help is appreciated🩷

This is definitely AI right?

The fact that it doesn't list an artist and says that it is a lenormand tarot deck are probably huge giveaways. I like the art style. What do you all think? Any non-AI alternatives like this that you have? Thanks in advance!

A skill that I have interpretation help

This will sound super self centred 😂 BUT I’ve been trying to do a lot of reflection, and knowing what I’m good at might help my sense of direction.

Would appreciate hearing the thoughts of you guys on this context. Thought it would be a nice exercise too.

Details:

my question specifically was

“what is a strong skill that I have”

Middle card is focus card, and intention was for surrounding cards to add detail. Not 100% on if mirroring is applicable in this method?

To make it clear the cards were:

key, BIRDS, book

My interpretation:

Firstly I’m manually having to make capitals, and it’s driving me up the wall lmao

Birds is oral communication, ability to talk with others, can be audio and music related. I don’t see myself as extroverted or talkative, but I am aware I can hold a conversation well if I steel myself.

Book and birds gives written/spoken language. So speaking and writing skills? Such as being able to present things perhaps? Maybe being able to teach verbally? This combination also reminds me how I enjoy learning language (but I am not good at it so that’s out of the window).

Key and birds gives me the idea of opening up conversation, or talking through solutions maybe? Key could be literally musical key, with birds? I’m just saying that one for fun, though.

Fun fact: They are all diamonds.

What's this new creative venture that is on the horizon?

I wanted to draw my Lenormand cards and I was already shuffling but then I felt the pull to draw a feather card first so I did.

I've got Oriole and the card said: A new creative venture is on the horizon. See it as a positive change. The booklet said that it's not always about creative arts.

Then I asked my Lenormand cards what's this new creative venture that's on the horizon.

I've got: Anchor - bear - fox

Bear as my main card.

Anchor: stability

Bear: strenght, power

Fox: cleverness

So I'm a little confused because I think they are telling me that this new creative venture will give me strenght, power (bear), stability (anchor) and make me smarter (fox). But that is still kind of vague or was my question too vague?

What do you think?

I love how literal lenormand can be!

I use the Muree system.

Asked: “What is something significant that will happen today?”

Bear • Incense Burner • Clouds

And I immediately understood because that day was Sunday, our cleaning day at work, and I literally spent my shift cleaning. There was also plenty of dust.

Bear = work(?)
Incense Burner = cleansing
Clouds = dust

The cards really said I’ll be cleaning at work. Although I know the bear card is usually about bosses, I just thought that it’s about work responsibility.

Do you have other interpretations?

beginner reader — clarify!

hello wonderful readers! this is my first post here as i am a new lenormand learner. after reading tarot for 8 years i love it deeply but at this point in my life im in a weird transitory period and i want my divination less cerebral, to the point, and linear. i just need that kind of direction right now so i decided to pick up lenormand and i already love it, and i am using rana george’s book to learn.

this was a reading i asked about my love life: one card for me, one card for either a potential partner (i know you’re not supposed to have “or” questions in lenormand but if there is no distinct energy of a partner i asked for any blockages in love) and the energy of august overall: stars for me, tower and fish for partner, lady and key for august love overall.

for context, i am a lesbian and have recently been ghosted before a first date twice by the same person (i know i know) and a girl i met on a dating app and have been texting for a week (the only girl im texting with right now) revealed she lives on a (not far) island, not my home state. lmao.

i was not asking for any serious issue, just curious at to what would come up. i can definitely see that i still have hope but ive been alone for so long and haven’t been able to actually open up and have a “crush” on someone in years. i also have been really focused on getting work that its kind of clouded everything else (though that is resolved now) but that i do have stable finances going forward. the lady and the key are kind of stumping me, because i dont want to assume the combination means an actual woman coming into my life and unlocking some sort of possibility in my life, or (i) am actually the woman and i need a level of liberation that would open me up to love (my home/family life is complex in relation to this)

please give me your interpretations however it comes to you! i just want to learn the cards in relation to each other and the question(s) at hand which is why im asking what other people see in this spread. thank you!

Rider + child + clover

I asked whats the reading for me for the rest of august - like in general I got:

Rider, child, clover

Well at the moment been busy on trying to see which of the job opportunities that I got offered recently (after months of finding a job 😭) is the best to take right now I took on 1 of them a part time for a business but higher position to gain more experience though here Im a 1 man team overwhelming since its my first time to take on leadership role, however last week at the same time I started my first day w the part time I got offered a full time role for a bigger established company and high salary offer Im just hesitant here as Im afraid they might have a chaotic operations but they’ll be giving me a senior designer for me to lean onto wholl be hired w me, but in both jobs I’ll be leading the marketing so I guess I also feel alot pressure on taking any of it - now Im not sure if I should leave the part time to pursue the full time I asked them a follow up questions regarding training/onboarding to see if it would be the right fit for me. Other than that situation I’m trying to reestablish my daily life and structure my routine in a way I can finally return to creating my art after many months of focused on job hunt cycles

Whats your take on the pulls? To me it seems like a news will be coming related to a beginning could it be the response to my questions to the other company? Like clarity which choice to make?

GW Practice Reading - Work

a lady is feeling burnt out at work and wants to know her fortune around looking for a new job.

my interpretation: >!because of the presence of so many positive and relevant cards, I think she would be successful in this venture.!<

how would you interpret this spread? what would you tell the lady about her fortune? what additional information can be shared with her?

note: there are various lines and combinations to explore with this spread. because this is a discussion post, I want to leave the micro-interpretations as discussion points for others to explore in the comment section.

interpretation notes from the comment section:

  • Bouquet as final card reads as an "offer"
  • abundance of red cards and positive cards
  • GW House indicates "success in all ventures"

Thrown into the Deep End - Lesson Learned

I was given the green light to start doing practice readings for friends & family - so a friend took me up on an offer. His question was really vague, and this is where the reading turned into a learning moment: Question phrasing is really important! The cards were pulled with "What does the Universe want <Sitter> to know?" I don't want to say he was "elusive", but he was coming across and being either super open, a blank slate, or vague. But let's be honest, no one volunteers for reading unless they've got something on their mind...

The cards pulled:

https://preview.redd.it/9e7yzcv09jjh1.png?width=2048&format=png&auto=webp&s=e41754c1b65b55c755e26afd1949ca60de7379d5

Well, that got my attention... I knew instantly that there was a focus that he needed to divulge, but he still seemed to be a little vague and elusive. There weren't any "relationship" cards or "financial" cards in this spread, so by default it felt like it was "Professional/Career" in contextual nature. Also, I've found the (11) WHIP to represent "management" in previous readings and practice. Would others have interpreted this immediately as a "Professional/Career" focused spread as well?

I pulled a 3-card spread to "clarify" to clarify my impression/interpretation:

https://preview.redd.it/c1yes6nbajjh1.png?width=1080&format=png&auto=webp&s=22c016af6ba83a9c89e8d1b16ce34eda4b3d6419

There it is - thank goodness - this confirmed for me it's work related and he's been considering retirement. It provided must needed clarity and context for that intense first line! When I asked him about this, he admitted that indeed, this has been weighing on him heavily, but at only 56, he's not afraid to even look into it as a possibility.

We dove deeper into into and pulled additional cards to help come up with a plan to make that happen, and what it might look like - BUT MY QUESTIONS ARE:

Would you have interpreted it immediately as Professional/Career also? If so, why?

When you have a sitter who is that vague, what is the best way to phrase "What does the Universe want <sitter> to know" so that we are more efficiently using our time? We could have eliminated the time we spent with that shocking first line!

Thank you for any insight, feedback and mentoring your can provide this newbie...

(I am using Erika Robinson's Lenormand of Hope Deck)

*** This is my first post EVER on Reddit - I've gone out of my way to ensure it's compliant, but I am open to feedback if I've missed any of the rules - thank you!
