My interpretation- receiving a letter that results in money issues which may mean I may not be passing probation.

Recently, this has been happening to my skin. It’s horrible. I don’t wear makeup and my routine is kept simple- cleanser, toner, serum, moisturiser. I don’t think it’s ever looked like this in my life. It started a week ago- I’m unsure what triggered it as it hasn’t been too sunny or hot of late. Please can anyone advise what this is and how to deal with it? Thanks
