Why are companies reposting the same job on the Infopark job portal?

There is this company called 2Base Technologies in infopark. All they do all day is reposting the same old jobs again and again. I believe they hire no one. And its just a marketing technique to stay top on this job portal.
I've been applying for job for months and when I look at this site for jobs all I see is this company and some others doing the same thing over and over again for MONTHS.

How long is your unemployment gap, considering that you are a fresher with no experience?

My unemployment gap is now more than one year.

I'm still a fresher with good knowledge of programming but no professional experience. After college, I was trying to get a job through self-learning. I know a lot about programming, and I would consider myself an above-average programmer. But I'm still unemployed because I have no experience. I just wanted to know if there are others like me.
