Got home after tint installation in President Ave, Parañaque and noticed this paint chip/scratch. What should I do?
Hi guys, I had my car tinted earlier today at a shop along President Avenue, Parañaque. When I got home, I noticed this paint chip/scratch on the body panel. I’m pretty sure this wasn’t there before bringing the car in.
I already took photos for documentation, but I’m not sure what the best next step is. Should I message the shop immediately and ask for CCTV/check with their installers? I also want to ask if this still looks repairable with touch-up paint or if it would need a proper spot repaint.
The car is a silver Kia Soul 2011. Any advice or similar experiences would help. Thanks!

Please add some suggestions po if meron kayong alam. Ayaw ko kasi magka bubbles sa huli ang tints. Tsaka napaka init for nowadays weather. Tas ang hindi bumuga ng car Aircon lalo na’t walang car tint ang windshield.
