I had a situation at the university and wanted to get advice on what to do next.

I got a horrible semester with sub 1 gpa and essentially I got a sudden ultimatum about how I couldn't let my gpa go below a certain threshold but I couldn't even manage that. So I'm just wondering if anyone had any experience or knows anyone or anything that could help me and thank you🙏🏼.
