Should I switch majors?
Ok so I’m sure this is probably such a repetitive question, but should I switch majors? I keep seeing everyone talk about gpa is it that important? I go to what I would say is a decent school in Chicago but my gpa is around a 3. Everyone says maybe you’d be ok with a 3.6 if it’s good school but no lie I’m not getting to that. I do have a buddy who went to same school he said it shouldn’t matter, but he had a J.P. Morgan internship. Same friend also said he could get me a job though if I graduate (not J.P. Morgan) but he said he makes close to 6 figures first year out of college. Little bit of background info on my I used to be a Jimmy John’s GM at a million dollar store and I am a sport better (Arbitrage and EV). What I’m worried about mainly is if I get an interview at my buddy’s place and they think I’m dumb because I don’t have my gpa on resume. Know this is written horrible but any help would be appreciated.
