Does anyone know someone who got into a course thru DARE because they didnt have enough points?

Separate question but do you guys think DN650 or DN660 will go up more points next year?

First 2 are me unpumped depleted from 1k cal deficit and food in stomach bad lighting (73kg fasted). Trying to get to the same overall bodyfat i was in the second 2 (65-67kg fasted) only issue was 2months after i took the second photos i had to stop upper body training for the last 4 months (medical reason) but i started back at it 1 week ago (no chest allowed) so overall been training lower body consistent 8 months upper for 4 months then off for 4 months then back on a week.

Im wondering whats the largest deficit i can run to get to the other bodyfat without too much muscle loss?

Keep in mind i am going to get some newbie gains from upper body no that ive started training it again.

I also make sure im not deficient in anything at all i hit my protein and fat and fibre and all my micros appetite isnt an issue i know how to control it and ive been on this 1k deficit for 2 weeks with no strength loss on exercises actually gained in some and i train full body high intensity 2x a week.
