Hey y’all! I’m a young working adult, just graduated college and got my dream teaching job. I’ve been living with family and honestly I want my own space but how is anyone actually able to afford living expenses? Even with my job it seems almost impossible to rent an apartment, groceries, utilities, and miscellaneous bills (phone bill and whatnot). Kinda depressing to be honest, even with a good job it seems so out of reach. Growing up I thought I’d be able to land a job and move out on my own, be an adult and enjoy my twenties. How are young people doing this without living at home?
