I have pnb debit cum prepaid card which is having NCMC functionality. I topped up it with 1000 and went to metro counter and asked them to activate it. They tried but then said Bank should activate it. My debit card is active only. Card manual says to use metro services, card must be presented at ticket counter and same setting needs to be created. But metro counter guy was bot so helpful.
Anybody utilised the same thing and have solution?
