Pork shoulder for pulled pork
My method is 5-10 hours in the smoker at 225F, followed by overnight on a raised rack in a roasting pan with cover (or tented in foil if you don’t have a covered roasting pan) in a 200F oven. This one went longer in the oven due to a delay that resulted in about 19 hours. Still came out great!
