Hello everyone, so i have an existing jio fibre plan with 2-3 months validity left but i moved to a diff location nd applied for relocation ( that was a whole other fiasco with technician demanding extra money and due complaints were filed) now I've to switch to jio air fibre nd have booked it already but what would happen to my existing jio fibre active plan is there any settlement or refund available. What's the due process?
