Support no longer helps with disabling shop and deliver.
Two different support agents and both say the same thing. If shop and deliver is enabled and greyed out for you in your market you’re forced to either accept the orders or decline affecting rating. Support states they are unable to disable the option on their end.
If you have the same market I do in small town America, you HAVE to be platinum to even get a single dash because of driver over saturation scooping up all the orders.
