I was in jio prepaid and jio postpaid looks saving.
When i ported FAQ said all existing plans will be converted to postpaid bill credit for first few months of cycles till they are utilised.

Now i got a bill for family plan in very first month .
They said only head of family gets credit and not others.

Nothing’s mentioned over there related to this. What is your take on me proceeding with this further. Hire should i handle?
