Hello guys, Im new to this stuff, please help me with my math and understanding

Hello, i have a few questions in regards to tuning my amplifiers frequency and gain. I understand that gain can be set by disconnecting the speakers and inserting a multimeter. Setting the head unit eq settings to 0 and volume to 75% and the subwoofer bass knob to max.

Then playing a test tone, and slowy raising the gain until it reaches the value indicated by V=sqrt(Power*Resistance). Below are the values I've calculated, I would appreciate if any of you could double check if i used the correct values and my calculations.

Subwoofer: 200W rms, 4 ohms, V=sqrt(4*200)=28.8v,

Alpine Components: 50 W rms, 4 ohms, V=sqrt(50*4)=14.14v,

Rear coaxials: 80 W rms, 4 ohms, V=sqrt(80*4)=17.88v,

I am also unsure about setting the high and low pass filter, a video from CarAudioFabrication explained it should be set to 2*Fs, unfortunately i can't seem to find this data, however the specifications list the coaxials as 55hz to 40khz and the components as 60hz to 40khz. Is that lower number equivalent to the Fs? Should I set the high pass filter to 110 and 120 respectively? Finally if that is the case should I set the subs low pass to 120hz?

Thank you for any help, I already had the sub and the rest was recommended by the guy at the shop, if I've made terrible purchasing mistakes, please don't let me know, I probably should have consulted you guys first, lol. But ignorance is bliss. Any other advice is also welcome.
