How does this new expanding duchies work. I know i have to own a country nearby, but what are the requirements as I've never seen the option. Can I do it as a King or Emperor and do I have to own only one duchy?
I started out as the Byzantines and have restored Rome now in 1087 AD. Would it better to keep Constantinople as my capital or now move it to Rome for late game. As I've heard Constantinople is fairly good but it's one barony and im considering Rome for the multiple domains inside it? Im fairly tempted to go used Rome as i managed to take it very early game from the pope and its not filled with temple baronie, but rather a castle, 2 cities and 2 temple. So I could really develop it
