Beginner tips
Hello! I want to start running and have downloaded the runna app to train me. Today while on a walk I tried to see just how long I could last with a light jog and barely made a minute. I was too hyper focused on everything.. my chest and buttocks bouncing, my legs and arms getting itchy, the sweat on my face, my breathing, absolutely miserable.
Any tips or recommendations to help? Tomorrow I’ll try with a bit more compression clothing but I don’t know what to do about the itch and what to do with my breathing. I honestly was not even running that fast.
