Which resource do you guys think is better or has helped you more? im doing a review off the full year and i want to be as efficient as possible

Hey guys, Ive been studying for other aps and have kind of been neglecting my ap macro studying. How long do you guys think it will take to ensure i get a 3 or a 4? and also does anyone have study resource recommendations?

Does anyone have any educated predictions on what the chem frqs will be this year? and also does anyone have any recommendations for study materials other than khan academy and jeremy krug?
