Toxic Female manager

Hello all,

I work as a contract employee in a hybrid set up. 15 days back one of the other contract employees from APAC region (the one I work in), left the job, actually her contract ended. She had to train her replacement, but she did not come to the office for about 3 months (not really required to be in the office as long as the work gets done) and even on her second last day. So the new employee was not trained at all.

Now I've got about 1.5 months of my contract left and I got a call from my manager saying I've got a less attendance in office. I did not mention the previous girl or how she did not even show her face in the office, but I'm the one getting blamed for setting a bad example in front of new contract employees about the WFH culture, even though I go to the office atleast 2 days a week.

This is a Project manager role, therefore we're required to be flexible with our timings and be available almost all the time (even early mornings or midnight).

I got lectured on how I'm not being responsible enough and setting up a bad example, not training the new employee enough, even got the leaves which I took in the last year thrown back at my face!! Like dude those were my leaves which were assigned to me, I'm not asking any leaves apart from the ones in my quota! And they were like 10 days leaves.

I am a really happy go lucky person and in office I know I'm liked very much for being a social person who talks to everyone. My whole team sits at the location where I am, except my manager, she doesn't even sit in the same state!! The other 2 region heads are males, and no one from their team has resigned and the employee retention in those regions is 100%, whereas in my region under the toxic female manager, 2 on-role employees have left after I joined the office in a span of 8 months.

What tf should I do? I literally felt like crying, I work my ass off at a meagre salary just for experience for my MBA and here I'm getting lectured and being felt bad for working from home and taking leaves. It's not like I'm not doing my work properly, I've received many appreciations from our clients, still this is the situation.

Also, after PM asked people to do wfh, my manager is demanding me to come to office daily!

TLDR: Toxic female manager demanding me to train some other employee's replacement, lecturing on coming to office even though hybrid set up, getting used leaves thrown back at my face.
