I am worried about our unhoused community in this weather. I know there's Murphy Center and some other options, but know they don't work for everyone, plus a lot of places were shut down last year. I know two people died from exposure sheltering in a tunnel last year. I have some blankets I can donate, and could see about getting those emergency blankets since they are waterproof and rated for extreme weather... I've thought about trying to find secondhand thermoses and handing out tea... I haven't seen any people who seem to be trying to shelter outside rn so that's good, but I'm guessing there are people in less visible places. Any ideas/suggestions?
