Finally watched the Reze arc
I missed it at the cinema and now it is on Crunchyroll I waited for a good opportunity to sit down and watch it properly. It has been a while since I read the earlier arcs and I'm starting to read volume 20.
Thoroughly enjoyed it and this has probably been said before, but the English dubbed "boom" is so perfect in amongst the chaos. The sweetness of the swimming and the carnival is captivating.
And then it hit me, I completely forgot about the final scene in the alleyway while Deni is waiting in the café. that hit so hard. I think it hits such much harder second time around when you know what is to be revealed in future arcs.
If the quality of the animation continues like this, I'm totally not ready for the birthday cake - I'm making a cup of tea when that happens.
Boy oh boy has the film left an impression on me.
