62 total jars of pickles pickled

Just finished canning 62 jars of homemade pickles. They're my favorite pickles. Some are habanero, jalapeño and Thai chilies. My brother made some with Carolina reapers. Now I just gotta wait 6 weeks before I crack them open.

First Time

Made kimchi for the first time. I followed Maangchi's recipe for Tongbaechu-kimchi but pre chopped the cabbage. I'm using an onggi to ferment in.
