Hello,

I’m using Aiden and Opus, used to get really good coffee and now it’s just super bitter and I brew small batches only 2-3 cups using fellow profiles, I use b&w coffee, and this is really frustrating. I tried descaling and cleaning all the removable parts not sure what went wrong suddenly. Can someone please help if you’ve seen this. Thanks
