I was scheduled to work 9-5 in a couple of days, and had put my shift up on the marketplace. Someone took my shift, but I looked on the playcaller app and noticed that no one is actually working my shift. I went into the same day on the SBUX partner hours app, and noticed that my shift was not assigned to me, but was available in the “Claim Shifts” section.
What do I do in this situation? I don’t want to leave them short people, but then again, it’s not on my schedule anymore. Has anyone had this happen before?
