So, I've been an employee for 3 years and over the past few months, my hours have been going down from 4 shifts a week to 1-2 shifts a week, I'm not the only one either. I know that a lot of the bigger stores have been struggling with not enough hours, I work at one of those stores, but I don't know if they're trying to get me and a few others that have been here for 2+ years to leave, but it sure as hell feels like it. My SL is the type that constantly hires in new people, I've been seeing a rotation of new faces with only a small few that stay.

My SL is also the type that doesn't really help with anything, they help for about 5ish minutes then disappear for a couple hours, leaving the majority of everything else to fall onto one of my other managers (They hold the store together atp and it's really stressful for them).
