Hey guys! Just got my Creami. I’m on a sugar-free diet, but I’m looking for recipes that aren't necessarily protein-focused. Is it true that for sugar-free (erythritol) or fruit-only mixes, adding a pinch of xanthan gum is the key to a good texture and protecting the motor? I’d really like to avoid killing the machine during my first week! 😃
