I'd setup the family sharing years ago and was great for when my daughter was young. She is an adult now and purchased her own house but doesn't have a lawn mower. I have arranged for someone to mow her lawn and he takes Apple Cash. I paid for the first time because he trimmed some bushes and cleaned up around her house. He just mowed and I had her send him the money but she was denied with a message that stated she couldn't send to members outside the family. So, to get him paid, I had her send to me and I sent it to him. She is 20 years old now but I still want to share my subscriptions with her. Is there a setting or something I need to change so she can send direct to him? And I am assuming others outside the family also???
