Title: Razer RMA in India - No Update After 7 Days
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my experience with Razer’s warranty service in India and see if anyone else has faced something similar.
I recently submitted two of my Razer products for RMA through Acro Engineering, which handles Razer warranty claims in India:
Razer BlackShark V2 X headset
Razer Cobra mouse
The claim was accepted by Acro India.
The products were received by Acro Engineering, but it has now been 7 days and the status on their website still shows that the products are being tested.
I have not received any update regarding the diagnosis, repair, replacement, or expected timeline.
I understand that testing takes time, but I am concerned because there has been no communication from their side so far.
Has anyone recently gone through an RMA with Acro Engineering in India? How long did the testing process take for you, and when did you receive an update?
Any advice or shared experiences would be appreciated.
