How to negotiate with ex employer for waving off repayment

I joined this company few months back and left in 4 months due to harassment from the manager. While joining I received relocation bonus and joining bonus. After I resigned I reached out to HR and management that I resigned due to harassment. They put me on garden leave and did not allow me to serve notice period although I have not done anything unethical during my employment. After all this I have sent them multiple emails and raised grievance about this situation with call recording. They have already took my entire F&F amount and asking to pay the remaining money. I have clearly disputed this claim as I resigned due to toxic workplace situation and not voluntarily. They now scheduled a call to discuss this. What should be the ethical or lawful outcome of this scenario? If they find the internal investigation in my favour can I ask them to wave off the entire amount and release my relieving letter? How to negotiate for the best outcome which is also ethical?
