Experience with Riot Ticket Support Method of checking Alt Accounts
Going here to complain about Riot Support method of checking for alt accounts. I have just experienced this yesterday- and I am a person that frequently plays in public computer shops/ internet cafes. My Account got penalized just because it shared the same device as the person who got penalized. They need to change this way of checking/verifying because this isn't taking into consideration people that play on computer shops where one device can have multiple people logged in every day. The players that play on computer shops that don't have any private personal computers are getting penalized even though they didn't do anything. I don't know how they can change the way of verifying for alt accounts/smurf accounts, but its unfair and inconsiderate of those that play on public computer shops.
